In this two-hour workshop, Kacee guides you through a progressive arcing sequence, from foundational spinal warm-up to deeper peak postures, with pranayama woven throughout as an intelligent companion to every shape.
What to expect: 90 min yoga practice, more in training or retreat style where there is built in time for learning and exploring 30 min of pranayama to energize, stabilize and invigorate.
