Introducing in January 2025…

Immersive 200HR Teacher Training

  • The new Citizen Yoga 12-Week Immersive 200-Hour Yoga Training will begin January 11, 2025 and end April 6, 2025. Registration is now open.

Trainees will be guided by a team of experienced teachers on a journey of self-transformation. Students will begin to internalize, live, and teach Citizen alignment yoga. Based on a manual developed by Citizen Yoga founder Kacee Must, Citizen’s 200-Hour program is a hybrid format that combines the convenience of virtual learning with valuable in-person teaching. The end result is a highly engaging and educational experience.

Citizen Yoga’s training team combines decades of yoga teaching and training experience to offer a comprehensive, foundational yoga education. Upon graduation, trainees will make great improvements to their personal practice and be able to teach multiple types of yoga classes. Graduates from our program are eligible to register as a Registered Yoga Teacher-200 with the Yoga Alliance.
