Ayurveda (meaning “life knowledge” in Sanskrit) is a holistic health system originating in India over 5,000 years ago. It offers a framework for understanding your unique makeup, current imbalances, and how your daily rhythms affect energy, digestion, sleep, mood, and focus. Rather than quick fixes or rigid protocols, this work unfolds through awareness and consistency over time.

Ayurveda is both preventative and therapeutic. Whether you’re addressing specific health concerns or simply wanting to feel better, you'll receive personalized recommendations in support of your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Together, we create a practical, structured plan that may include:

  • Dietary guidance to improve digestion, energy, and inflammation

  • Daily rhythms to improve sleep, mood, and hormonal balance

  • Breathwork and movement practices to regulate the nervous system

Our work together is collaborative and educational, empowering you with the knowledge to understand your patterns and support your long term health. Ayurveda is about learning how to listen, respond, and live in a way that supports who you truly are. 

  • DISCOVERY + INTEGRATION
    (2 Sessions)


    Session One: Discovery
    (90 min)

    The initial assessment covers your primary health concerns, any current symptoms, an evaluation of your long term health patterns - physically, mentally and emotionally. Together, we identify one primary area of focus and establish 1-2 foundational shifts to begin integrating immediately.


    Session Two: Integration & Refinement
    (60 minutes, 2 weeks later)

    We review what you’ve noticed, what’s shifted, and what needs adjusting. From there, we layer in the next level of support and outline a sustainable rhythm moving forward. This session focuses on integration: making sense of the information and identifying next steps that fit your life.

  • Session One: Discovery

  • Follow-Up Session
    (60 min)

    After completing the Foundations Package or Discovery Session, ongoing sessions are recommended every 2-3 weeks.

    Follow-ups focus on refining recommendations, addressing obstacles, and supporting consistency as patterns shift.

  • A deeper container for meaningful change, after completing Foundations.
    (3 sessions × 60 min)

    Three follow-up sessions to support digestion, nervous system regulation, seasonal alignment, and sustainable lifestyle shifts.

    This package supports deeper transformation across a season or life transition. Follow-up sessions are typically scheduled every 2-3 weeks and allow us to adjust recommendations as your body and circumstances change.

    Ideal for those seeking continuity, accountability, and deeper understanding over time.
