300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

All you need
to know about
300HR Teacher Training.

  • Citizen Yoga’s 300-hour teacher training program builds upon and enhances the tools gained from previous training and experiences in a way that recognizes a teacher’s potential to facilitate an educational and impactful class. Most students in the 300-hour program are actively teaching or have intentions to begin teaching.

Highlights of the Citizen Yoga 300-hour training include:

    • Hybrid format – all modules are offered via a combination of in-studio + online

    • New Immersive Curriculum – immersive weekends allow participants to dive deep into their learning and finish their 300HR certification in as little as 18 months. Participants are required to complete one 300hr credited training at Citizen every 3 months in order to maintain active enrollment status.

    • Access to Citizen teachers + guest teachers from across the nation

    • Connection with peer yoga teachers from across Michigan + beyond
