Restorative Yoga with Najee Robbins

  • Citizen Yoga Bloomfield 6400 Telegraph Road Bloomfield Hills, MI, 48301 United States (map)

IN-STUDIO + ONLINE

Each session will include a blend of lecture, journaling, demonstration of prop variations, and most importantly plenty of space to experience your own restorative yoga practice. Together we will focus on what it means to create the conditions for relaxation, how props can facilitate comfort in the body, and the fundamentals of teaching restorative yoga.

As restorative yoga relies heavily on the use of props, students will need access to the following props to fully engage in the experience. Blocks, straps, and a limited number of blankets will be available for in-studio participants.

  • 1 full size rectangular bolster

  • 5 yoga blankets

  • 2 blocks

  • 1 yoga strap

  • Something soft to cover your eyes such as a scarf, small hand towel or eye pillow

This workshop counts as 10 hours towards the Citizen Yoga 300HR Training program, and in-studio enrollment is currently limited to 300hr participants.

Location: Citizen Bloomfield + Online

Cost: $175 for entire weekend

300HR students, please email elyse@citizenyogastudio.com to register.
