Play in Practice is a collaborative workshop led by Kacee Must and Sitara Bird, designed to explore the dynamic relationship between form and freedom in your personal practice. Together, we’ll examine how clear alignment, intentional sequencing, and foundational structure can become the very tools that invite creativity, exploration, and joy.
Through guided movement, partner work, and open exploration, you’ll be encouraged to step outside of habit and into possibility, finding new pathways in familiar shapes and reconnecting with the sense of play that first brought you to your mat.
This workshop is an invitation to soften perfectionism, trust your instincts, and discover how structure can support, not limit, your expression.
All levels and bodies are welcome! Come ready to move, explore, and play.
