This workshop will incorporate several techniques to release built up tension and stress in the body, using lacrosse balls and yoga blocks as our primary tools.
Be prepared for a yoga flow and some playfulness to help balance the animated sensations of the body. Along with asana, we will move through breath work together and explore facial yoga to target TMJ and muscles that can cause headaches. Shoulders and hips will also be a focus for a deep emotional release!
