In this 90-minute grounding practice, you’ll move through gently supported Yin postures designed to open the body, quiet the mind, and encourage deep inner stillness. While you rest in each shape, you’ll receive individual Reiki healing, supporting energetic clearing, emotional ease, and a sense of being held and supported.
