The neck and shoulders are among the most overworked, under loved structures in the body and often the first place tension takes hold. In this workshop, Hannah Andersen takes a targeted, anatomically informed approach to restoring mobility and function in these complex regions.
We'll work through the cervical spine, shoulder girdle, and surrounding soft tissue. Exploring the role of the thoracic spine, ribcage, and scapular stability in creating true, lasting freedom of movement. Expect deliberate, intelligent sequencing that builds body literacy alongside physical relief.
You'll leave with:
Greater range of motion in the neck, shoulders, and upper back
An understanding of the structures involved and how to work with them
A personal practice you can return to again and again
Appropriate for all levels, including those managing chronic tension or hypermobility.
