In this workshop, we’ll use gentle yoga postures, breathwork, and guided meditation to support digestion, stimulate lymphatic flow, and help the body soften into its natural ability to process, clear, and integrate so you leave feeling lighter, more spacious, and reset from the inside out.
This workshop is for you if you often feel heavy, bloated, stagnant, or like your body has a hard time fully letting go—physically or emotionally. It’s for those who feel like they “hold onto things,” whether that’s stress, emotion, fatigue, or a general sense of feeling weighed down and unable to reset.
If you’ve been trying to eat better, move more, or rest more but still feel like your system isn’t fully clearing or processing, this space offers a different entry point... working with the body’s natural pathways of release rather than forcing change.
