Kacee and Hannah guide you through a practice of Pilates to build strength, stability, and body awareness, followed by a yoga practice that invites you to slow down and integrate. Journaling is woven throughout as a tool for reflection not as homework, but as a way to meet yourself in the stillness between movement.
Together, these three practices create a full-body reset: the Pilates builds the foundation, the yoga opens and restores, and the journaling anchors you to what matters most right now.
What to expect:

Guided journaling prompts woven throughout space to slow down, reflect, and find presence in the middle of a full season
