Meditation is a time-honored technique of self-reflection. It’s been shown to strengthen neural connections, memory, learning, & attention. Writing has also proven to strengthen neuro-networks, memory, and learning.
In addition, both meditation and writing can facilitate valuable insights. In that way these techniques are tools for illumination and understanding. Used separately, they’re effective; used together, they can profoundly enhance one’s self-awareness.
This 6 week online course will run every Saturday 2/10/24- 3/16/24 from 2:00-3:30pm on Zoom. Link will be sent via email each week.
