The focus of this workshop is twofold: what the wall has to teach us about our alignment, and how we can use the wall (a universal prop) to deepen our experience of our bodies and ourselves during our asana practice.
Come prepared for a moderately strenuous physical practice that focuses on pelvic and shoulder alignment in supine, standing, and seated postures. Inversions may be addressed if students are interested in them.
All levels welcome. Bring a yoga mat and a friend. All participants will receive a copy of Nancy’s book, Yoga at the Wall.
