Join Citizen Yoga teacher, Elyse Brogdon, and longtime student + local chef, Lynne Savino, for an afternoon of yoga, food, and community!

We will start with a yoga practice + gratitude connection activity, then participate in a cooking class + family style brunch! All students will leave with recipes and the know-how to prepare multiple vegetarian + gluten free holiday side dishes. All levels and bodies are welcome!

This workshop will be held at Lynne's amazing event space, "The Bank," at 3401 Michigan Avenue in Detroit. Street parking is available on 23rd and Michigan Avenue.
