Join Todd Tesen to learn and explore proper alignment, variations, and strength-building pose breakdowns that will prepare you to safely backbend. This workshop will lead you through an asana and pranayama sequence to warm the body in preparation for backbending for all levels.
There will be ample opportunity to incorporate props and to choose safe and healthy variations of poses to build strength and confidence in your backbending practice. Bring a playful and curious attitude!
