Mabel Gray owner and head chef, James Rigato brings an elevated dining experience with three thoughtfully crafted dinners and two hands-on cooking demos. Meals will be an invitation to replenish your vital energy and savor the season.

Yoga for Vitality

Citizen Yoga owner and founder, Kacee Must teaches a practice grounded in tradition, and focused on alignment of body, mind and intellect. Always a student, Kacee embraces all schools of yoga, building upon her deep Vedanta foundation finding truth in different traditions, methodologies, and lenses such as Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda. Kacee is certified in Katonah Yoga® and a certified E-RYT 500.

SCHEDULE

  • Thursday 4pm-8pm

  • Friday + Saturday 7:30am-7:30pm

  • Sunday 7:30am-11am

Daily schedules will include morning philosophy discussion, two yoga practices, cooking demonstrations with Chef James, free time for wellness appointments, rest and connection, and family dinner.
