Please continue using MindBody as usual for booking + buying classes today through Tuesday, March 17. Yes, you can book for in-studio and online classes on March 17. Class booking through the MindBody app will be available through end of day and through the Citizen website until 1pm. Please do not book any classes in MindBody for 3/18 and beyond.
Evening of Tuesday, March 17
Look for a welcome email from automation@hellowalla.com after 5pm (maybe as late as 8pm!). Click the link and set up your new password. Then go to our website and log in to view your account details.
Wednesday, March 18
We’re on Walla! You’ll enjoy a seamless experience for booking in-person and livestream classes through our website or the new Citizen Yoga app, which will be available for download starting 3/18. Delete MindBody and don’t look back.
FAQ’s
What if I don’t get a welcome email?
Not to worry. Stop by the studio and we’ll get you all set up with your new account.
Will all of my info transfer?
Yes. All of your visit history, past purchases, active packages and memberships, and account balances will transfer to Walla, but it may take up to 24 hours. If you don’t see everything when you first login, don’t worry. Please let us know if anything is missing from your account details after 24 hours.
Will my credit card info transfer?
Yes, but it may take up to a week. Plan to bring a card (or your phone - we now have tap to pay!) if you know you need to make any in-studio purchases in the first few days on the new system.
Will my membership be interrupted?
If you’re a member with an autopay, your membership charges will still be charged as normal on the scheduled date.
