Reboot: Backline Burn is a pilates based and yoga informed workshop dedicated to awakening and strengthening the entire posterior chain: glutes, hamstrings, and the deep muscles of the back that support everything you do.
Through intentional sequencing, targeted holds, and breath-driven effort, Hannah and Sitara will guide you through postures designed to build real strength and resilience along the backline the often overlooked counterpart to all the forward-facing demands of daily life. This is active, purposeful work that leaves you feeling both wrung out and restored.
