APRIL 15 - JUNE 27, 2026

75 hours of transformational curriculum designed for the individual looking to deepen their yoga practice, develop their self knowledge, and live a better life.

This is not another teacher training. It is a unique opportunity for self exploration and cultivation, using yoga as the guiding framework.

  • The program begins April 15, 2026 and runs through June 27, 2026.

    The schedule is Wednesday evenings 5:30-8:30pm and every third Saturday for 4 hours (times vary).

    In addition to weekly sessions, participants will engage in:

    • 2x yoga classes per week at Citizen Yoga

    • Bi-weekly online philosophy classes

    • Bi-weekly peer meetings

    • Independent reading

    • The student who wants more study without the commitment of a 200-hr teacher training

    • The student who wants to commit to learning but doesn't want to teach

    • 200-hr grads or 300-hr students who want to develop their self awareness, leadership, and continue being immersed in learning

    • Anyone looking to improve their life and find meaning through yoga

    • Acupuncture consultation + treatment with Dr. Alex Herman
