Join Steph Dallman and Luke Faultersack for a two hour, all-levels self-defense and restorative yoga experience. In this immersion Luke will teach basic self defense movements and practical safety measures such as break falling, technical stand up, basic stance, and head protection.
The second half of this workshop, led by Steph, will be focused on regulating the nervous system and bringing peace to the mind and body with a guided gentle restorative practice, breathwork, and meditation.
The intention of this immersion is to equip students with practical defense and safety-focused techniques and self-soothing tools to calm their nervous system.

Luke is a professional MMA Fighter, Lead Boxing Coach, and a Purple belt in Jiu Jitsu.
Steph is a CY teacher, RTY-200, working toward her RYT-300, and focuses on functional movement and helping students build awareness and feel embodied in their practice.
