Ease into the depths of winter with a slow and supportive extended practice led by Emily Janik and centered around the water element.
Class will open with a short journaling session. Afterwards, you can expect a fully-guided, body-warming practice designed to deepen your forward folds while attending to your bladder and kidney meridians. Class will close with nourishing pranayama (breath work) and a fully propped, restorative savasana.
