As we welcome the Spring Equinox, we step out of the season of reflection and move into the season of renewal. We will begin with a short journal exercise focusing on what we are working to clear and release as well as what intentions we intend to plant and nourish throughout this season.
This extended Yinyasa practice will incorporate twists, heart openers, salutations and pranayama to support the transition into spring. All levels and bodies welcome!
All attendees will receive a Citizen Yoga Spring Wellness Journal as part of their workshop registration.
