Join Adina as we explore how we carry, move and release emotions. We'll consider the wisdom and medicine of each emotion, explore where and how it manifests in the body, and use different techniques to support fluid emotional/energetic movement. Together we'll discover the relationship between our emotions and our nervous system with the intention of supporting our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well being. This workshop is intended as a guide for students to begin or grow their own self care practices, especially as they relate to emotion.
All levels + bodies welcome.
Please bring a yoga mat, journal, and pen. Optional: blanket/pillow and a grounding tool such as a crystal or essential oil.
