Join CY teacher, Claire Sophia, and guest instructor, Linda Hawkins, for an evening designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and reconnect you with your inner stillness!
We’ll begin with a gentle movement practice to awaken the body, shift stagnant energy, and prepare the mind for rest. You’ll then be guided through a pranayama practice to support the parasympathetic nervous system, encouraging relaxation and emotional balance.
From there, you’ll be invited to settle into stillness and receive the soothing effects of a sound bath led by Linda. Using a variety of instruments, she will create a layered soundscape of calming tones and vibrations that help quiet the mind and support deep rest.
As the body softens, these vibrations can encourage a sense of ease, improve circulation, and leave you feeling grounded, restored, and renewed. All levels and bodies welcome!
