The Experience

Join Ann and Hannah at Rachel's Farm in Stirlingshire, Scotland for a retreat designed to help you reconnect with yourself, your practice, and the rhythms of the natural world. Through yoga, Pilates, rest meditation, and exploration, we'll create space to soften the noise of everyday life and rediscover what it feels like to move through the world with clarity and intention.

TYPICAL DAILY SCHEDULE

  • 7am Coffee + Personal Reflection

  • 8-10am Yoga + Pilates

  • 10-11am Brunch

  • 11am-4pm Free Time

  • 4-5:30pm Yoga + Pilates

  • 6pm Dinner

INCLUSIONS

  • Twice daily yoga, Pilates + movement practices

Inspired by her own transformative journey, Ann shares the practice with others, offering space for raw vulnerability. She aims to encourage students to embark on their own path of self-discovery, embracing love, authenticity, and courage.

HANNAH ANDERSEN

Hannah Andersen (MFA, NCPT, FMT) is an Associate Professor of Teaching, Dance, at Wayne State University (Detroit, MI) where she is the Director of the Pilates Mentorship Program. She is an Educator for Pilates industry leader, Balanced Body, certifying the next generation of Pilates Instructors. A lifelong student of yoga, Hannah is on teaching faculty for Citizen Yoga’s 200 and 300-hour Teacher Training program teaching all anatomy coursework. She is driven by helping others understand how to move well.
