Join Najee for a session focused on developing your relationship with restful practices as we head towards winter. This session will include a blend of group discussion, journaling, and exploration of supportive styles of practice for this time of year including Restorative, Yin, and Yoga Nidra. Together we'll dive into what rest can look like in practice and how to support ourselves this season. Please bring something soft to cover your eyes along with a notebook or journal. Props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps will be provided. If you have any props of your own you prefer to bring you are welcome to do so!
Students participating online will need: 3 blankets, 1 bolster, 1 strap, 2 blocks.
This workshop counts as 3 hours towards the Citizen Yoga 300HR Training program and Impact 50 hour yoga training. Modules are open to all experience levels and anyone interested in expanding their knowledge of the practice.
