In Traditional Chinese Medicine, spring belongs to the Wood element and the liver—the organ of planning, decision-making, and smooth flow of energy.
This season calls us to balance gentle growth with mindful boundaries. When in harmony, spring energy brings vision, creativity, and renewal. When imbalanced, it can manifest as frustration, irritability, or pushing too hard too fast. The primary medicine of spring: movement.
