Join us for a rejuvenating experience, designed to deepen your yoga practice and promote holistic wellness. This special event combines the ancient practices of yoga and Gua Sha, offering a blend of mindful movement and traditional healing techniques that support both body and mind.

What to Expect:

Playful Yoga Session: Begin with a grounding, yet playful yoga practice suitable for all levels, focusing on breath, alignment, and mindful movement. Birdie and Melissa will guide you through a flow designed to open up the body, release tension, and prepare you for the Gua Sha session.

Gua Sha Introduction & Practice: After yoga, you'll be introduced to the traditional Chinese technique of Gua Sha. Using smooth tools, you will learn how to perform gentle scraping along the skin to stimulate circulation, reduce muscle tension, and promote detoxification. 

Whether you're new to yoga and Gua Sha or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to explore the synergy between these two powerful healing modalities. All tools will be provided, and no prior experience is necessary!
