Join Najee on the eve of the Winter Solstice for a supportive and grounding practice as we transition into a new season. For the Yin practice, expect grounded, long-held postures to work deep connective tissue, transitioning into a sweet Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative “yoga sleep” with a guided meditation. Set your intentions for Winter with a brief journaling exercise following savasana.
We encourage you to bring anything that would help you feel more comfortable during class such as something soft to cover your eyes.
