Join Shay and Soojin for a unique experience merging music, sound and movement.

Through a yoga practice adding elements of somatic movement and creative expression, you will be bathed in a live electric sound bath with keyboards, synthesizers and other other magical sounds and traditional sound bath instruments. The electronic sound bath portion will use sonic elements to help you connect to your inner most self through a mind body connection. These resonant sounds will create a space for you to experience repose, creativity, reflection and expression.

We will connect as a community through an opening and closing circle to honor scorpio season in its depth of intuition, mystery, shadow and light.
