Kacee Must

As the Citizen Yoga owner and founder, Kacee’s teaching is grounded in tradition, and focused on alignment of body, mind and intellect. Always a student, Kacee embraces all schools of yoga, building upon her deep Vedanta foundation finding truth in different traditions, methodologies, and lenses such as Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda. Kacee is certified in Katonah Yoga and a certified 500Hr E-RYT.

Alex Sharry

Alex is a globally recognized teacher and teacher-trainer in the method of Katonah Yoga.  She has been teaching locally and abroad for 15 years and has been on the founding team of two of New York City’s most popular yoga studios – Sky Ting and The Studio. 

Alex’s mission is to seamlessly combine the esoteric and pragmatic in order to maintain teaching as an inclusive and generous practice.  While the underpinnings of her training are rooted in the ancient techniques of Hatha Yoga, Zen Meditation, and Taoist philosophy, Alex is constantly designing curriculum that evolves with modern times.

Daily schedule to include philosophy lecture and discussions, yoga practices, wellness services such as massage and acupuncture, nourishing meals, and time for both communal gathering and personal rest and reflection.

Weekend Schedule:

  • Thursday, 4pm - 10pm

  • Friday + Saturday, 7:30am - 8pm

  • Sunday, 7:30am - 11am

  • Personalized, restorative bodywork, tailored to your specific needs. All session will promote relaxation, relieve tension, and support both physical and mental well-being.

  • Have an acupuncture treatment by a licensed Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Thin needles are inserted into the skin on certain points of a meridian. Acupuncture points stimulate the central nervous system. This releases chemicals into the muscles, spinal cord, and brain. These biochemical changes stimulate the body's natural healing abilities and promote physical and emotional well-being.

    Each treatment is based on a client’s specific needs. This may be relaxation, immune support, etc.

A $500 non-refundable deposit reserves your spot. Discounts not available. All prices includes 3 meals a day, philosophy discussions and twice daily yoga.
